Our Ideal Client and Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for an organized, analytical Client and Administrative Coordinator with exceptional communication skills to handle office duties and analyze and optimize office operations. To succeed as a Client and Administrative Coordinator, you should be committed to providing attentive support for internal and external parties and ensuring consistent, efficient operations. You should be courteous, analytical, proactive, and organized.

Job Specification and Duties

  • Facilitation of client, mentor and our 3rd party supplier relationships.
  • Calendar Management.
  • Advisory diary management.
  • Answering questions and finding information for employees, vendors, clients, and lenders.
  • Supporting employees by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.
  • Ensuring administration is up to date at all times ( client documentation & advisory documentation)
  • Conducting follow up calls and emails to clients, suppliers etc.

Do you meet the following minimum requirements?

  • Matric
  • Qualification in Administration would be advantageous.
  • Experience in administrative support field.
  • Professional appearance and courteous manner.
  • Clear, polite phone voice.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with office technology and equipment, printers, copiers, scanners, and computers.
  • Quick learner in technology.
  • Strong task and time management skills.
  • Must be able to commute to and from the office from Monday to Friday.
